I am so proud to show a little sneak peek of my most recent work for the wonderful French publisher Auzou. This seasons book is a part of the Mon Animagier series and Auzou has already produced quite a few books in the pack. I think it must be a blast for every little kid to have one of these (I know I would enjoy this quite a lot!) since it is full of moving mechanisms and flaps. Les Saisons book should be available online in a couple of months, I'll keep you posted!
Working on a Seasons Book
This week I have to finish up two books. That's the moment when you don't know what your name is anymore or which folder to open when you turn on your computer in the morning. But then Duro, my fellow illustrator, comes to the studio, looks at my screen and says I drew both George Bush Sr and Barbara Bush in the picture. And here they are! Sitting on a bench on a lovely autumn day. Yeah! So this year, we can all look forward to a book full of seasons featuring the Bushes.
